You may return new, unopened or unused items sold by Wyatt Irrigation Supply, Inc. within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, otherwise it is up to you to ship it to us. Just email returns [at] wyattsupply [dot] com (Product Returns) to get an Return Goods Authorization number (RGA number), please make sure and reference your order number and a detailed list of what you are returning and why.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Regarding Shipping Expenses: If you make an ordering error or change your mind and wish to return items, you will be required to pay the shipping expense. Also if you return a large portion or an entire order, and we paid the shipping, we may deduct the shipping charges from your refund.
Products NOT acceptable for return:
A. Goods that have been invoiced from more than 60 days.
B. Goods that are dirty or damaged which are unsuitable for resale.
C. Products that are in or from broken bags.
Call us at 707-578-3747 and we will ship a replacement immediately. You will be responsible for return freight if the invoice date is more then 90 days old. There is a 45 day grace period for returning a defective product. If the product is not returned within the 45 days, we will charge your credit card for the replacement item.
Please email returns [at] wyattsupply [dot] com (Product Returns) to obtain an RGA number. If we are replacing or exchanging an item, we may send you a UPS shipping tag for your return, so it is important that you contact us first.
Product(s) received that do not conform to the above guidelines may result in the shipment being returned at the customer's expense.
